We do have a COVID-19 Entry policy in place. All customers are required to bring proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test taken within 48 hours of the event OR proof of double vaccination status.

We reserve the right to ask for this proof upon entry and failure to provide it, will result in entry being denied.

Proof of double vaccination status can be provided via an NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App or letter from the NHS. Both of which you can find out about on the NHS website.

Proof of a negative lateral flow test can be presented via an NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App or via a text or email accompanied with valid photo ID, once the test has been registered here.

We reserve the right to ask for this proof upon entry and failure to provide it, will result in entry being denied.

We want customers to feel safe and confident in our venues, so hand sanitiser stations will still situated throughout the venue, staff will continue to wear masks and our air ventilation system will be set at it’s highest capacity to replace the air inside with fresh air from outdoors, 12 times an hour.

Unfortunately we do not have our own car park on site, however, there is a University car park opposite the venue and local car parks around Lincoln too. We are a short walk from Lucy Tower Car park located next to the Brayford.

No, we have a number of bars throughout the venues. If you want to eat prior to the show, we have the Tower Bar next to our venue, which serves a variety of food and drinks.

The Lincoln City train station is a 10 minute walk to the venue, located in the centre of the city.
We are currently operating as a cashless venue, and are only taking card payments.
No, our box office is currently closed. All tickets can be booked via our website.
All our events will be published on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and will all be listed on this website once announced.
We do not allow professional filming equipment in the venue, photo passes are admitted from the agents of each event.
We operate a casual dress code, so jeans and trainers are allowed. If you’d like to check is a particular item of clothing is allowed please email [email protected]
No, there are two cash machines located outside of Spar, which is opposite the venue.
