All customers are required to bring proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test taken within 48 hours of the event OR proof of double vaccination status.
We reserve the right to ask for this proof upon entry and failure to provide it, will result in entry being denied.
Proof of double vaccination status can be provided via an NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App or letter from the NHS. Both of which you can find out about on the NHS website.
Proof of a negative lateral flow test must be presented via an NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App. As per the new guidance customers attending seated events are required to wear face coverings when not eating or drinking, unless exempt.
We want customers to feel safe and confident in our venues, so hand sanitiser stations will still situated throughout the venue, staff will continue to wear masks and our air ventilation system will be set at it’s highest capacity to replace the air inside with fresh air from outdoors, 12 times an hour.
